There are four pillars to maintaining health:
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Collectively, these four pillars establish one’s CMN|WLTH. These aspects of our being ebb and flow like the tides through our daily lives. At different periods, we unconsciously place more or less emphasis on specific aspects of our selves. There is a season for everything in Nature and in our lives. Maintaining our health requires that we check-in with ourselves regularly. No matter the season of life or its ebbs and flows, we are able to assess how well-balanced these four aspects are, at any given time. This is accomplished through thoughtful conversation, tongue and pulse diagnoses, channel palpation and other techniques.

Together, we interact with all four aspects of health to establish harmony within one’s self.

A key aspect of working together will be defining what is felt within the body. Just as there are effective love languages for cultivating meaningful relationships with others, we must define our love languages with ourselves – these four aspects. Furthermore, when we find ourselves experiencing any imbalance, oftentimes it may extend beyond pure physical injury. In such cases, it is important to connect the “branch symptoms” with the “root cause” of the injury, dis-ease or trauma in question.

CMN|WLTH, an investment in our whole being.

The journey of transformation is about clearing the obstacles along our paths. We remove the presence of disease, we release the effects of trauma, we acknowledge our own self-limiting beliefs and we walk into our destiny.
